Experienced Conveyancer

Our client is a specialist Residential Property firm with a great reputation in the National UK market, undertaking high volumes of quality Property work for a broad client-base. It is now seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer, focusing on complex Residential matters, to join its highly active teams in either of its St Ives or Southport offices.

Our client handles a significant amount of residential property transactions and, as an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will have had extensive experience of handling the sale/purchase process - from instruction through to sale and completion. You will also be expected to assist junior colleagues with complex, high-value matters and will occasionally be asked to help manage, train and develop them. Experience of dealing with volume caseloads, particularly the technical issues that arise from them, would be a distinct advantage to any application.
