Residential Conveyacner

A highly well-established high street Law Firm based near Rochdale is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their successful property team.

If you are an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner role and hold at least 3 years Fee Earning experience and want to feel part of something then this could be the role for you!

You will be handling a varied caseload of around 60-70 Residential Conveyancing Files including Sale, Purchase, transfer of equity, shared ownership and Re-Mortgage matters with minimal support. Addtional potneital to also work on Commercial Property matters aswell with training on offer.

This role offers a friendly working environment with you feeling like you are playing a big part in the business bigger picture. Also on offer is a salary up to £36,000 DOE, with training on offer dependant on previous experience. This firm is also able to offer free onsite parking and flexible start/finish times to suit individuals' personal circumstances and may consider someone Part time.
