COMPANY COMMERCIAL LAWYER - NORTHAMPTONSHIRE - 2-5 PQE
An excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm and their Company Commercial team. You will join a thriving and highly successful team who value ambition, client care and collaboration.
In this role, you will need to have experience in acquisitions, disposals, asset finance, restructuring, and shareholder agreements to name but a few. You will be a confident communicator who is able to demonstrate their competence through a sound knowledge of transactional processes, provide excellent advice to clients and you will have a trained eye for detail.
