A multi-service law firm with offices across Liverpool and Chester is expanding its renowned Property team in Liverpool and is seeking to appoint a qualified Solicitor (all PQEs considered) to work as part of its dedicated team.
You will be joining a highly regarded Property department and deal with a mixed caseload of Residential and Commercial Property transactions. You will have a strong background in Residential Conveyancing as this will be the bulk of your caseload and have dealt with myriad transactions including sale & purchase, leasehold & freehold, transfer of equity, shared ownership, remortgage, etc.
You will ideally have Commercial Property experience also. You will be joining a friendly and close-knit team that is recognized across the region for its high quality and low volume work! The team prides itself on providing the highest level of service to all its clients.
On offer is a competitive salary which will be in line with your PQE and property experience along with full company benefits.
