A full-service law firm in Wetherby is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their client focussed, collaborative team.
The Residential Conveyancer will be dealing with a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property matters from inception through to completion, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Leasehold flats
- New builds
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
