Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

My client, a well-established and specialist Conveyancing Law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their offices in Sutton Coldfield.

The Role:

As the successful Conveyancing Solicitor, you will largely be responsible for managing your own caseload of transactional conveyancing transactions from inception to completion. The role will effectively be a head of department role, with support staff to supervise so it is important that you are competent and can run your files independently.

There is opportunity to progress to Partner level, so you must be ambitious and forward thinking.

Requirements:

In order to be suitable for this position, you will be able to boast substantial experience of working within a Conveyancing department and be comfortable managing your own caseload.

This role would be suited to an individual with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
