Description

• Reviewing and preparing initial responses to tenders
• Reviewing and assisting with the drafting of standard form contracts
• Preparing and managing routine contract amendments
• Managing and arranging document approvals, executions, and electronic filing of the same
• Conducting legal research and assisting with know-how
• General support and administration support.

Profile

• At least 2 years + of relevant work experience as a corporate/commercial paralegal with particular focus on reviewing contracts
• A law degree (2 or above) or have completed the LPC
• Experience of dealing with commercial contracts
• Proven legal analysis experience
• Familiarity with legal document software such as Salesforce
• Experience in a multinational company would be an advantage
