Locum Commercial Solicitor

SUMMARY:
Interim Commercial Lawyer, London, 5+ PQE. A well-recognised and highly respected charity requires the support of a talented and enthusiastic Commercial Lawyer on a locum basis to commence as soon as possible.

SALARY: £28-£35 per hour

THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? An excellent opportunity has become available to join a busy legal function of a charitable organisation in the heart of London. The successful Commercial Lawyer will be working on a range of commercial contracts including IT/hardware contracts, service level agreements, healthcare contracts and other general commercial matters, alongside handling data protection issues. Highly visible within the organisation, this role provides a high degree of client contact and stakeholder engagement.

This role is offered on a full-time basis however the organisation does offer attractive flexible working hours. It is anticipated that the role will last for at least 4months but may also offer the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team. Home working and flexible working hours available.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 5+ PQE in commercial law, experience of Charities Law would be advantageous but not essential. You will be skilled at contract drafting with an exceptional eye for detail and will enjoy working as part of a small collaborative team. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly within your team and the wider organisation.
