Commercial Paralegal with view to training contract

Paralegal required by private practice in Shrewsbury.

Client Details

Opportunity to join a Shropshire based law firm who are looking for a commercial / corporate paralegal to join their team with a view to undertaking a training contracts after passing their probationary period (6 months probation). You will support the firm on a range of different matters such as commercial, corporate and real estate with the work being varied and challenging. Will suit LLB / LPC graduate who is based locally (or can commute daily to Shrewsbury).

Description

As a Paralegal within this firm, you will be exposed to a number of different practice areas such as corporate, commercial and real estate. Responsibilities could include, drafting leases and assisting on mergers and acquisitions. General administrative duties will also form part of this role.

Profile

Looking to speak with LLB / LPC graduates who are either based in Shropshire or in a commutable distance. You must also be available on short notice. Great attention to detail and organisational skills are also a must.
