SUMMARY:
Wills and Probate Paralegal, 1+ years’ PQE, Warwickshire. Our client is a longstanding regional firm are seeking an experienced Wills and Probate Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join their growing team.

JOB ROLE: Wills and Probate Paralegal
LOCATION: Warwickshire
SALARY: £20,000-£24,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity for a Wills and Probate Paralegal has become available in a Legal 500 ‘Leading Firm, you will need to have gained previous experience working in a similar setting. You will report into the Fee Earner/ Solicitor and will be responsible for maintaining files, attending to clients, ensuring efficient case management of private clients matters and drafting documentation including correspondence and statements of evidence.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from passionate, hardworking, and outgoing Wills and Probate Paralegals that have gained a minimum of 1 years’ experience within a similar setting supporting fee earners within a busy Private Client department. You must be a team player and have a positive approach to your work, it is desired that you drive your own vehicle as the role may include client visits and attendance at a court.
