We have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join the Housing Management dispute resolution department of a top legal 100 firm in the Cardiff office.
You will be joining a well-regarded dispute resolution department providing legal advice to clients across a wide spectrum of commercial, property and housing disputes. The team also provides expert legal advice to registered social landlords (RSLs) and local and national Government across Wales and England.
This is a great opportunity for varied work and responsibility within the role which will include a wide range of tasks including producing court documents, negotiating with other parties, advising clients, regular advocacy and supervision of junior members of the team.
You'll have at least 5 years' PQE and will have experience managing a caseload of landlord and tenant issues and ideally of supervising team members and managing workflows.
Due to the nature of this work, immediate attendance at courts throughout South Wales will often be required, therefore you must have your own transport.
