This firm is recognised for its employment work and due to continued growth, is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Solicitor to join the team in its Cardiff office to run a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated employment rights cases. You will have the opportunity to manage employment advice and/or representation matters, such as, unfair dismissals, wage claims and settlement agreements claims, as well as a proportion of complicated matters (e.g., discrimination/TUPE), along with employment tribunal cases.
