Company/Commercial Solicitor

A modern and progressive law firm based in Central London has a fantastic opportunity for a company/commercial solicitor to join its growing team.

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of company/commercial matters including:

• Drafting option and share plans with a focus on the SME market, including EMI options, growth shares, and restricted shares
• Working on demergers and re-organisations including tax clearance and implementation
• Share buy backs – review of qualifying conditions, dealing with HMRC clearance, and drafting the documentation
• EBTs and EOTs – working on the set up and drafting the documentation

You will ideally have at least five years' post qualification experience in dealing with company/commercial matters. You will receive a competitive salary, benefit package and the opportunity for remote working.
