Senior IP Counsel

My client is a market leader and enjoys a Premium Listing on the London Stock Exchange. Their established and highly regarded in-house legal function now seeks to recruit a Senior IP Legal Counsel. This high-profile role will provide high quality legal advice and manage legal risk as well as leading on strategic legal work. With the company about to embark on a significant marketing and advertising campaign this role will be at the fore of legal decision making.

The role will provide specialist IP advice to internal stakeholders on a wide range of matters including marketing, trademark protection, advertising and digital initiatives.

You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE (although we welcome applications from candidates with significantly more experience) from either a private practice or in-house background. You will have significant experience of working in a Commercial/IP environment.
