HEAD OF PRIVATE CLIENT - WEST YORKSHIRE

Head of Private Client - 8+ PQE

I am assisting a fantastic legal firm who are one of Yorkshire's Leading Solicitors Practices and have established themselves as the go-to solicitors practice for personal and affordable legal services in West Yorkshire.

This opportunity has become available for a motivated and experienced solicitor to join the firm as the Head of their Private Client Department which will cover all 4 offices.

The responsibilities of the role will be :
Leading and supervising the team
Business Development - working closely with the business Development Manager
Provide a professional service and advice to clients on how to proceed with all aspects of the process
Competent handling of a large, varied case load of Wills, Probate, Lasting Power of Attorney, Trusts and Estate planning
Compliance with office policies and procedures and the use of standard systems and templates
Accurate preparation of estate accounts and invoices in accordance with accounting procedures
