Adult Locum

My client is seeking an Adult Social Services Lawyer to join their in house team on a part time locum basis. The role involves providing legal advice to various clients, both internal and external. You will carry your own caseload and assist with all matter relating to Adult Social Services, some of which are detailed below:

• Ordinary residence
• Section 21A cases
• Section 16 cases
• Displacements
• Nearest relative matters
• Welfare cases

You might be a qualified solicitor, barrister or equivalent, or simply be experienced in this field and have demonstrable relevant experience in relation to adults social care and mental health law.

The successful candidate will work remotely for the foreseeable and all IT equipment will be provided by the client.
