Conveyancing Assistant

A well-established high street law firm are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team based towards Bootle, Merseyside.

This firm conveyancing department has seen excellent growth over the last 12 months and this continued growth is the reason for the role.

This role will mainly involve dealing with post completion matters but will also include assisting fee earners on caseloads consisting of Sales & Purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity.

To be successful for this role, the ideal candidate must hold at least 12 months experience in conveyancing ideally with post completion experience. Although additional training can be provided.

Salary is dependent on previous Conveyancing experience between £18,000 - £20,000. This role is full time and permanent although my client may consider someone for 4 days if suitable.
