Advertising Clearance Paralegal - Media Business

A multinational media business is looking for an Advertising Clearance Paralegal to join the team on a permanent basis.

You will assist the team with providing clearance and intellectual property advice related to fast moving projects across the globe.

You will need a good understanding of intellectual property laws (copyright, trademark, patent, etc), UK ASA and CAP codes, and an understanding of global advertising standards.

You will also need to have worked within a media business, advertising or at a reputable firm working with IP or media previously.
