This is a fantastic opportunity to come on board with one of Liverpool’s' leading claimant and defendant Personal Injury Insurance specialist practices, operating within its fast growing and friendly LVI & Fraud department.
The LVI & Fraud department has expanded rapidly over the last 12 months, and they have received several new instructions from their UK wide insurer clients. As a result, they are now looking for a confident and competent LVI & Fraud Litigation Executive (Fee Earner or Solicitor) to come on board.
You will handle your own caseload of LVI & Fraud RTA files and be expected to work autonomously. You will have full support from paralegals & administrators within the department to ensure that each claim is dealt with to the highest standard. Your caseload will mainly consist of litigated LVI & Fraud matters, so it is essential that you can demonstrate strong litigation skills and be able to pick up a litigated caseload easily and be able to hit the ground running.
