Litigation Solicitor - Banbury 

An opportunity has arisen for an experience litigation lawyer to join the team at a leading regional practice.

Based in the firms Banbury office the successful candidate will be joining a team advising clients across a broad range of civil  and commercial litigation matters including but not limited to matters such as property litigation, breach of contract, company/ commercial, construction, insolvency and commercial debt recovery disputes.

You will  be able to demonstrate at upwards of 2 years PQE in dealing with such matters as part of your current or previous roles. In addition to this experience and knowledge of ADR will be required in this position. Any experience of supervising or assisting more junior members of a team would be beneficial.
