Your role will involve a quality caseload including:
- Drafting Wills
- Discussing Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Administering estates
- A UK-qualified solicitor or an experienced legal executive (NQ-3 PQE)
- Able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience with Wills and LPAs
- Experienced in giving high levels of client care
