Conveyancing Assistant - Leeds
The Firm:
-National Legal 500 law firm

The Role:
-You will join a highly experienced team assisting with all residential property matters
-You will be assisting with a varied residential property caseload from inception through to post completion which will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Re-mortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
Requirements:
-At least 6 months' experience in residential property assisting with sales and purchases
-Excellent communication skills
-Team player
