In House Litigation Executive / Senior Paralegal required by a growing in house business based in their head office in Birmingham. The business has grown significantly over a number of years now. As the In House Litigation Executive you will be responsible for managing a small team of paralegals, Will suit people who have experience in mentoring more junior members of the team or extensive experience within debt recovery litigation.

Description

As an In House Litigation Executive / Senior Paralegal you will be responsible for managing a small team of experienced litigation paralegals. This will involve managing an active caseload and progressing accounts through debt recovery and insolvency. As part of this role you will also pick up various other legal tasks and will be responsible for reviewing / drafting commercial contracts, handling data access requests and various GDPR compliance projects.

Profile

As an In House Litigation Executive / Senior Paralegal you must have experience in mentoring / supporting more junior members of the team. You will also have experience within debt recovery litigation. Great communication, organisation and prioritisation skills are a must.
