An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Solicitor to join an expanding property department in this critical hire. You will have 3+ years' PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in both Commercial Property and Residential Conveyancing. My client is an established high street law firm in East Dorset which continues to go from strength to strength.
You will handle an array of quality instructions whilst also being at the forefront of the development of the team and overall offering. The caseload comprises of 50% Residential Conveyancing and 50% Commercial Property.
You will be experienced in dealing with a variety of instructions from start to completion. The caseload is diverse, and you will be supported by the team. Marketing and business development are key in order to gain new business and grow the department.
