I have assisted this firm with recruitment for many years. The firm remain very busy within the residential property team and seek an experienced paralegal.
This is an excellent opportunity to progress as this firm is really investing in its paralegals to be conveyancers in the future! Although there is no guarantee of a training contract or Ilex training, you will be trained to a very high level.
Your experience should already include advising on residential sales and purchases. You will assist a team of experienced conveyancers with their matters from instruction to completion and progress onto handling your own caseload.
You will have a high level of responsibility from day one.
Ideally you should have at least one years' residential property experience, but candidates with perhaps a mix of commercial and residential property experience, and looking to progress should also apply.
Salary up to £24k + 25 days holiday, Birthday off, Christmas close down and pension scheme.
