LEGAL COUNSEL, FINANCIAL SERVICES TECHNOLOGY, DUBAI

CLIENT: The global FinTech market has been expanding rapidly over the last couple of years, and whilst the Middle East market is small compared to major financial hubs, it plays and important role in bridging geographies and headquartering a wide region. This client slots firmly into the fast growing tech sector and is now seeking a strong Legal Counsel to join their Dubai based team.

ROLE: You will work across all areas of the business, with an emphasis towards handling general corporate and commercial work. Business partnership is vital and you'll be looking after fast moving and diverse projects across multiple jurisdictions. as the client has many ongoing large scale complex projects.

CANDIDATE: There are some key considerations that the client is looking for:

- You'll need to be based in Dubai or the UAE right now.
- A skill set of general corporate and commercial.
- A grounding / training from a strong corporate or international law firm.
- Any additional slant towards TMT would be helpful.
- Genuine and progressive interest into fast growing FinTech.
