My client is a leading global company, publicly traded on the NYSE, specialising in dynamic marketing. It employs over 10,000 specialists in marketing communication, media and technology across 30 subsidiaries, operating out of 130 countries.

For the EMEA region, my client manages and invests 3 billion in marketing spend of some of the world's largest companies.

Description

Reporting to the Legal Director of EMEA, APAC and LATAM, you will provide legal support to a number of the company's brands in relation to:

• Drafting and review of wide-variety of contracts including agreements with clients, supplier & vendor terms of trading and media owner contracts (including sponsorship, experiential, influencers & digital content)
• Responsibility for negotiating data processing agreements with all clients and suppliers
• Negotiations with clients and vendors, liaising with and reporting to group Legal Director, Agency CFOs & group finance controllers
• Development and standardisation of market templates to ensure best practice for the Agencies
• Support for educating agencies on operating principles for client MSAs
• Proving training on key contract updates and industry developments
• Support on adhoc HR & Litigation matters
• Liaising with internal US counsel & external counsel as and when required
• Occasional international travel may be required

Profile

• 4+years PQE
• Experience of a wide range of commercial contracts and good working knowledge of commercial, e-commerce, IT, IP & privacy matters.

KEY EXPERIENCE AREAS: Digital Marketing, Promotions, Advertising, Brands, Media, Agency, Promotions etc.
