THE FIRM
A collegial US law firm well-established in the London market.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will get broad experience working with 3 to 4 partners in their Corporate practice.
The firm has a flat structure providing the opportunity to gain a lot of exposure to the work and clients, as most deals are run by a few people at most.
They pay mid-Atlantic salary rates, have a 1700 billable hours target for bonus eligibility and an excellent benefits package.
ABOUT YOU
An England & Wales qualified associate with 2-45pqe, you will have broad corporate transactional experience, particularly M&A.
Exposure to private equity transactions will be a bonus, but not essential.
Cross border experience is preferred from a US or a top 20 UK firm, preferably with some US firm exposure.
You will be confident with clients and personable with commercial sense and entrepreneurial flair.
