Senior Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining a cutting edge name in the technology and software sector.
The organisation is headquartered in the USA, has multiple international offices across the globe and is now rapidly expanding its EMEA operations.
Role
You will join in a brand newly created role as Senior Legal Counsel for the EMEA region and you will undertake an extremely broad and varied legal remit. This is the organisation's 1st legal hire within the EMEA region.
You will report directly into the Global General Counsel and you will have direct access to a range of internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation from the off.
You will be rewarded with a highly lucrative competitive remuneration package including potential for equity/share options.
You will be able to perform this role entirely remotely/flexibly should you so wish.
You
You will be a qualified lawyer with approximately 6+ years' PQE. You will have significant prior experience of tech, software, IT, TMT and/or SaaS related contracts and issues.
