Paralegal to join Shrewsbury law firm in their commercial / corporate department with starting a training contract with the firm after successful passing of their probation period.

Client Details

Shropshire law firm looking for paralegal to join their team with exposure to their client base from the off sett. You will also have the opportunity to begin a training contract with the business after successful passing of your probation period (6 months). The role will focus on supporting the firm on a range of different matters such as real estate, commercial, corporate and finance with the work being incredibly varied and challenging with some ad hoc admin tasks. Will also suit law graduates who are either based locally to Shrewsbury or able to commute.

Description

As a Paralegal within this firm, you will be exposed to a number of different practice areas such as corporate, commercial and real estate. Responsibilities could include, drafting leases and assisting on mergers and acquisitions. General administrative duties will also form part of this role.

Profile

You will completed your law degree (or any degree with a GDL / LPC) and be in a commutable distance to Shrewsbury. Experience is not required, just an genuine passion for the law and it's application to business. You must be able to work to tight deadlines and have great attention to detail.
