RTA Fraud Paralegal / Litigation Executive - Bolton

RTA Fraud Paralegal / Litigation Executive - A opportunity has arisen within this growing motor fraud team to develop your own caseload of litigated files whilst also assisting a number of experienced fee earners. The team deal with litigated cases for a number of household name and blue chip insurers and are looking for ambitious candidates to join the team to support with the caseload.

• Location: Bolton
• Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
• Reports to: Team leader
• Previous Experience: some experience of RTA work or general civil litigation would be beneficial. The team is also willing to consider strong LPC and university graduates.

The RTA Fraud department covers all manner of fraud work from LVI work right up to complex fraud ring work including organised fraud rings. This team has grown to a considerable size and now is one of the dominant players in the market deploying a range of exceptional technical expertise as well as state of the art IT resources.

Whom they are looking to attract

Ideally, you will have some experience of RTA work whether, Portal; out-of-Portal; Small Claims; or fast-track. That said, the role is also open to strong candidates without previous file handling experience as there is scope for such candidates to assist fee earners.
