The firm is expanding in line with strategic growth plans and to meet client demand. It would now like to hire a corporate commercial solicitor with prior experience that covers acquisitions, disposals, exits, MBOs, MBIs, asset finance, restructuring, shareholder agreements and general commercial matters.
