Our client, an international investment firm, is looking for an exceptional paralegal to join the small commercial legal team which supports the highly successful Real Estate investment business. The ideal candidate will be a paralegal with 1 - 2 years of Real Estate/Finance experience at a leading law firm or financial institution. This paralegal role will give great hands-on exposure to all aspects of the real estate related transactions that the business undertakes, including:
- Providing legal support to the transaction team in drafting investor documentation and ancillary documentation
- Assisting on due diligence,
- Collating KYC documentation,
- Liaising with investors on documentation and funds flow,
- Helping incorporate and set up structures,
- Running CP process, post completion support, and other miscellaneous support tasks.
This role will suit a paralegal with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience at a leading law firm or financial institution. Our client is open to considering outstanding candidates with experience levels below and above that stated.
