Residential Conveyancing Locum, Cardiff, £DOE. This long-established firm are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Locum to assist their Conveyancing team with the signing off of completed cases.
JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Locum
LOCATION: Cardiff
EXPERIENCE: 1 Year +
OVERVIEW:
This role would suit a licensed conveyancer or legal executive with at least 1 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. The appointed Conveyancer will be responsible for the signing off of all completed cases which will include a range of matters, to include but not limited to, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work and new plot purchases. As a residential conveyancing locum, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have good organisational and communication and be comfortable working within a team to achieve practice area goals.
