THE ROLE:
As an integral part of our clients' Restructuring team the newly appointed Insolvency Solicitor will provide support on a wide variety of transactions mainly non contentious corporate related insolvency matters. The successful Insolvency Solicitor will also be encouraged to get involved in marketing activities and will be joining a dynamic team, providing world class financial services to our business.

THE CANDIDATE:
Our client is looking for an Insolvency Solicitor who possesses strong technical skills and excellent academics. Good organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, as is a willingness to market and provide a real contribution to the ongoing success of this exciting and well-established team. The ideal Insolvency Solicitor will have at least 12 months experience in dealing with insolvency related matters. The Insolvency Solicitor joining our client should have a general skill set but with a potential to develop a specialisation within non-contentious corporate Insolvency. You will be joining a highly reputable practice where you can gain exposure to a variety team and handling a varied caseload of matters.
