SALARY: Circa £45,000-£55,000

THE ROLE:

An exceptional opportunity with a well-regarded national practice to assist their busy Clinical Negligence team for a period of at least 3-4 months. This role has arisen due to increased workload within the team. You will be working in the firm’s busy Defendant Clinical Negligence team on a varied caseload that includes healthcare and inquest advisory matters. This role is available on a fully remote working basis, or you can attend the office if preferred.

The role is initially for a period of 3-4 months but the candidate may later be offered the opportunity to apply for a permanent position depending on the success of the contract and the firm’s future growth plans.

THE CANDIDATE:

You will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Filex and will be able to demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in defendant clinical negligence matters, ideally gained within the team of a large national practice. You should be proactive in seeking to resolve issues and will work well as part of a large team.
