THE ROLE:
A multi-award winning, commercially-focused and nationally recognised boutique law firm are seeking a talented Commercial Lawyer to join their ranks.

Whilst consultants have the freedom and flexibility to work when and how they wish, the management team ensure that they preserve the ‘team culture’ that distinguishes them from their competitors. This role is well suited to Solicitors with their own client following, or to those with a strong business and marketing plan to generate revenue across their first 12-24 months with the firm. Referrals of work are encouraged and incentivised across the team, and huge investment has been made into business development, brand promotion and the required infrastructure for success. This firm boasts an enviable client list and a team of established consultants with impressive career histories to date.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from candidates with the drive, ambition, and self-belief to become a success as a fee-sharing Consultant Solicitor with this national and highly regarded practice. You will be a Solicitor with upwards of 10 years PQE in Commercial Law and may be looking for a higher degree of flexibility, a more appropriate level of remuneration for your efforts or the freedom to manage your clients in your own way. This role offers uncapped earning potential and unlimited flexibility in working arrangements. You will be skilled in self-discipline and self-motivation and will be confident in your ability to build and/or move a client base with you to a new organisation. Your natural instinct will be to work as part of a team and to support colleagues to achieve their goals in the pursuit of your own success.
