Corporate Solicitor - NQ-4yrs PQE - Sevenoaks, Kent
A leading regional Legal 500 ranked law firm in Sevenoaks, Kent are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their growing corporate/commercial department.
Joining this busy corporate team, you'll work alongside several Corporate Solicitors on a range of transactional matters for an impressive client base. In addition, you'll have exposure to some broad commercial matters however the bulk of your role will be M&A, Joint Ventures, MBOs and corporate governance.
You must be a qualified Corporate Solicitor (likely NQ-4 years PQE) with proven experience gained in a similar environment. Those who have undertaken a 6 month corporate and/or commercial seat in their training contract also encouraged to apply.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Corporate Solicitor to join a well established and growing commercial/corporate team handling some excellent quality work.
