Client

You will be joining a hugely successful US headquartered global player in the tech space which is experiencing sustained success and continued growth.

Role

This is a brand newly created position due to organic expansion.

You will undertake an extremely broad and varied in-house legal role and be fully immersed within all levels of the organisation from the off.  You will draft and negotiate a rich variety of commercial contracts and advise on a range of wider additional legal issues facing the business including for example in relation to DP, IP, etc.

You will report directly into the Chief Legal Officer and have the opportunity to continue the further development of your legal career.  You will be fully supported and will be provided with all necessary training and further development opportunities.

You will be able to undertake a significant amount of remote/home working in this role to suit your own needs and personal situation.  The company's offices are based in central London.

You

You will be a qualified lawyer (open to jurisdiction of qualification) with approximately 0-3 years' PQE.  You will have some prior experience of working with commercial contracts.
