This large, Devon based, full service law practice is looking for a litigation solicitor or legal executive to join their busy dispute resolution team in Exeter.
In this role you will advise on a broad range of civil and commercial disputes ranging from landlord and tenant matters, contract disputes, shareholder and director disputes and construction work. You will be able to engage with clients and build strong relationships. Even the commercial litigation work here will be acting for owner managed businesses and your contact will often be the bill payer.
Solicitors and legal executives with at least 1 year's experience within litigation are encouraged to apply. You will have handled your own caseload and be used to working to high quality standards.
This is a very supportive team, and you will encouraged to work together to continually build on an already strong reputation.
Currently, this position can be offered as a mix of office and home working. It is however very important you get to know your colleagues in this friendly team, so you will be encouraged to visit neighbouring offices as and when appropriate.
