Our client is an innovative hedge fund with a real focus on technology. They are looking to hire a junior-mid level corporate lawyer to be based in their London office to cover a maternity leave. This will be an initial 12 month fixed term contract to start in or around December 2021 but as the business is growing considerably there is a strong chance that this could become a permanent appointment in due course. Your diverse role will include supporting the close-knit global legal team on a range of corporate, commercial, governance and broader legal work.
This challenging and exciting opportunity will be a perfect first move in-house for a keen and ambitious lawyer. With at least 3 years’ pqe this will suit a corporate transactional or corporate/commercial lawyer keen to get broader in-house exposure.
