A prestigious sovereign wealth fund based in London, is looking to hire a NQ – 3PQE lawyer to join their established legal team
Role
The role is diverse in its nature, giving you the opportunity to learn/advise on a range of areas - training where required. The responsibilities include:
- Advising on the investments made by the sovereign wealth fund
- Reviewing/negotiating a range of transactional legal documentation
- Advising on general in-house agreements such as commercial agreements, tech agreements etc.
- Working directly with senior stakeholders including the CEO
Candidate
- NQ-3PQE lawyer from a transactional practice area either in-house with a financial services firm or City law firm
- Lawyers can come from a corporate, regulatory, capital markets, TMT, banking, or derivatives background.
