Client Details

My client are a well-respected and rapidly-growing global Investment Manager. Following a recent de-listing to ensure the agility & flexibility required to expand their global presence & product range, they have established substantial growth plans and thus require a qualified lawyer to focus on the ongoing operation of the legal team.

Description

This role, for a qualified lawyer, will involve working closely with senior stakeholders of this growing, global investment manager on the future growth, structure and policies of their Legal team.

Standardising company-wide contracts, creating more efficient relationships with the wider business, exploring the implementation of legal technology and continuing the adherence to data protection (and other relevant regulatory compliance) policies are just some of the areas identified for the successful Operations Counsel to take responsibility for.

Profile

The successful lawyer will have a solid background of commercial experience, likely an another in-house position. Some experience of advising on internal policy, structure or operation - for example in a combined Legal/Company Secretarial role - would be of interest.

Please note: this is not a Company Secretary role and only qualified lawyers will be considered.
