EL/PL Solicitor
The Role:
I am currently instructed by a top tier insurance on a new EL/PL vacancy in their Taunton office. The firm are seeking a Legal Executive/Qualified Solicitor to specialise in handling EL/PL fast and multi track matters.
The Firm:
The role will involve dealing with EL/PL cases on behalf of large Insurers and self insured. The work will be varied and interesting and will certainly offer a broad range of high quality and interesting cases. Candidates from both Defendant and Claimant backgrounds with experience dealing with litigated ELPL files are encouraged to apply.
This experienced and friendly department is partner led, there will be plenty of support available. This is an excellent opportunity to join what is one of the countries leading insurance firms. You'll be joining a team to work alongside some of the best casualty lawyers in the country.
Applications are invited from candidates with EL/PL experience. You should have good technical capabilities and a strong commitment to specialising in this area of law. Claimant and defendant backgrounds will be considered.
Ideally a minimum of 12 months experience dealing with EL/PL claims both pre and posted litigated.
