Our client a leading Luxury Fashion Company is seeking an interim Legal Counsel for a period of 3-6 months. As an interim Legal Counsel you will be expected to draft, review and negotiate contracts as well as analyse and identify legal risks, data protection and GDPR.
This opportunity will be working on a variety of legal matters including, data protection agreements, privacy notes, amendments, NDA's, SLA's & broad technology agreements.
The ideal candidate is someone who has previously worked in-house and has thorough experience providing advice on Data Protection & general Commercial legal matters.
