Range of complex subrogated loss / commercial insurance work
The nature and size of these claims means that fee earners often collaborate across the firm's national network. This is a relatively new team who have already established a strong position in the market advising on highly-complex property damage matters. Recent matters included a large agrochemical claim and a multi-million-pound construction related dispute involving a number of contractors and subcontractors. This is an exciting area of commercial insurance litigation and you will be at the heart of a busy department at the cutting edge of this area of complex subrogation.
The team also advise on the intricacies of insurance policy coverage and often advise insurers when bringing new product to market. They also provide ongoing training to clients through regular seminars and updates to stay at the forefront of key developments in the law.
