Will and Probate Paralegals sought for dynamic and growing Manchester based law firm

Your new company
A successful and expanding Greater Manchester based law firm that specialises in both personal and business legal services. The firm are looking at expanding their will/probate team to deal with a growing workload.

Your new role
As a Wills and Probate paralegal or legal adviser, your main purpose is to provide advice and recommendations to a range of clients, ensuring that a high quality of service is delivered in line with the company's values. Alongside this, your typical daily tasks would be:

• To manage a caseload of Wills and LPA files from inception to closure and to take ownership of the outcome of that file.
• To draft Wills, LPAs and any other ancillary work and ensure all documents are executed correctly in line with company time frames.
• To manage a diary of meetings and caseload work and to ensure sufficient availability is created within diaries to accommodate the client and achieve monthly targets
• Active participation in achieving and attaining targets as an individual and as a department. The adviser must be proactive in filling gaps in the diary where needed.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position you must have some prior knowledge or experience in a will/probate related field. It is also essential to have completed the LLB to a minimum 2:1 standard.

The successful candidate could be offered a training contract in less than 18 months, although this entirely depends on business needs closer to the time firm also offer excellent training and development, and encourage paralegals to work closely with qualified solicitors and lawyers.
