My client, a leading private bank, are looking to hire a mid-level Legal Counsel into their London legal team.
The successful candidate will have around 3-5PQE from a top law firm or equivalent financial services organisation. Responsibilities will include analysing the legal risks of the activities and operations offered to customers such as the activity of wealth planning and fiduciary activities, provision of credit services, the impact of financial services regulation, financing documentation and commercial contracts as well as new products and services.
You will be a self-starter with a proactive and flexible approach to work, able to exercise a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in problem solving and be confident outside their ‘comfort zone’.
