This position is for an experienced paralegal or newly qualified CILEX member who is seeking a new challenge within a busy private client team. It is a permanent position based in Woking, Surrey and you will be expected to attend the office.

Description
You will be working alongside the Partner on all probate matters. You will be expected over time to handle a high level of responsibility including handling your own caseload.
Profile
You must be experienced in all aspects of the administration of estates, and experience in Wills and LPAs would be preferable. You will have ideally completed the LPC and be an enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn and grow within the team.
