Healthcare Litigation Solicitor role - Open PQE Level - London
My client is a leading and award-winning international commercial law firm with offices located nationwide and in various other countries. The firm delivers advice from non-contentious advisory and transactional work, to all forms of commercial litigation. They are known to be the trusted adviser to a wide portfolio of clients across a wide range of specialist sectors: from transport and logistics and international trade, through to retail, insurance, marine, health, education, manufacturing, public sector and banking and financial services.
The role:
This role provides the opportunity to join one of the fastest growing business groups of the firm itself. The Health Litigation team have been growing year-on-year with a team of over 100+ lawyers and national coverage. They are one of the leading law firms providing legal advice and support to the NHS and independent healthcare organisations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to join the firm to run a full caseload of clinical negligence claims for NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and other defendant clinical negligence clients. In addition to work for NHS Resolution, the London Health Litigation team undertake work for the Medical Protection Society and various insurer clients.
This role suits a Qualified Solicitor that has experience within Clinical Negligence/ Healthcare litigation. You will be running your own case-load of medium to high value defendant clinical negligence claims, whilst supervising/coaching junior members of the team.
